You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the product must be in its original packaging, and the cap must not be removed. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately. We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or certain non-returnable items (e.g., custom or personal care goods). One return per customer is allowed.
